Where is the horn relay on located on 1989 Chevy Celebrity? / How do I get to it to replace it?

 

did you check the underhood fuse box?

 

I thought that & looked for one , but could not find anything that looked like it. Where would i find that?

I removed most of the dash under cover, but the part where the "convenience center " is supposed to be located has no obvious way to remove it. it seem molded with the dash and riveted in place on the
