Fan clutch in 03 Silverado.

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to tighten a fan clutch so the belt won't fall off?

Is the fan clutch loose on the hub or is it the tensioner not tensioning the belt enough? If the fan clutch is loose, you better not drive it until repaired as it can come off and ruin your radiator.
