Default Replace Taillight's????

2003 Suburban Taillight's are faded (chalkie) can they be repaired like head lights or do I need to replace them?

They can be repaired, but its almost as cheap to get new ones.

I suggest buying an aftermarket LED pair. They are much brighter and safer and hardly ever fail.

Would like to replace mine with LED ones, as I am in the UK I need amber turn signals. Does anyone know if these can be obtained

I have heard of people in the UK order the American taillights and install a seperate signal light assembly on the trailer hitch.

I don't think the LED tails are made with the amber signals.

It works good enough to pass. You can get trailer-style lights and screw to the hitch, then run your wire down the body cavity and down behind the spare tire.
