I put a test light between the battery and positive cable and it lights up bright until I remove the feed wire from the exterior fuse box. I removed the harnesses and have found the light dims when I remove the two smaller plugs in the bottom of the fuse box.
I followed the wires to the inside of the cab and then i pulled all the fuses at once and it made no difference in the light. I separated the 2 bulkheads under the dash and under the glove box and no difference. Ive disconnected the radio and heater controls also along with the headlight switch and the 4x4 switch so far no change.
Is there anyway the security system could be my problem and how do you test it? I'll be checking into it some more today Ill let you all know what happens tonight. Thanks for you thoughts. Joaa
