Default 04 s10 4x4 steering problem

my steering wheel isnt positioned up right (emblem on steering wheel faces to the left like this \) when im moving forward. if i try to position the steering wheel up right, the truck veers to the right. is this an alignment problem?

Make sure when your alignment is done you tell them to make sure the steering wheel is straight first before they adjust the tracking, sounds like they only adjusted on one side instead of using both adjusters (lazy adjusting or one adjuster seized up!)
