my S10 won't start. When I turn the key there's a single click, but nothing more. It does the same thing when boosted. I was sure it was the starter so I replaced it today, and there is no difference at all. The lights come on as they should. My friend used a voltmeter and said that there's no draw when I turn the key. Not sure what that means? I saw one post that talked about an under hood fuse, but I don't know where that it. Anyone know what to do?
