engine light won't go off i have had an engine flush and oil change can you tell me what else it could be

Try removing the negative battery cable to reset the computer system and then reinstalling it. Start the truck and see if the light comes back on, if it does you need an OB I or II to diagnose or take it to a shop to have this done.
