i have a 95 chevy blazer 4.3 and it turns over slow ! i bought a new battery for it, took each battery cable off the battery, cleaned them up good and made sure they were tight ! am i on the right track thinking it,s the starter dragging ? would a bad starter cause the service engine light to come on ? i got it tested at the garage and the service engine light code came up as E-VAC code ! he said to get a new gas cap so i did and made sure it clicked when i put it on but that did not make any difference so he said it could be a hose on the canister ! on that year of blazer where is the canister located so i can check the hoses ? thanks guys !
