I am having a problem with my s10. Sometimes when I start my truck, my abs light will come on and stay on, when the abs light comes on my heater doesn't work. Sometimes when I restart my truck. the light will come on (with all the other lights) and go off and my heater will work. If I turn my heater off the ABS will go off after a couple of minutes, but as soon as I turn to something besides the Off position the light kicks back on. I am also a funny dash light problem, its like this

ABS light on --> couple of seconds --> park brake light on --> couple of seconds --> ABS light off --> couple of seconds --> Park Brake light off --> repeats immediately

anyone know what is going on? I live in Brazil, Indiana and have snow on the ground and its cold and I really need my heat.[sm=helpout.gif]

 

my abs and parking brake light was coming on and staying on intermitatley. I had my abs module tested at the dealer it was bad they wanted over a thousand dollars to put on a new one. I sent mine to www.modulemasters.com I got it back tuesday and so far it works great. The module was telling my abs pump to run all the time which caused the truck hard to start. Give this a try you dealer will test you abs for about 100. dollars.
