Default 2000 blazer starts hard below zero
4.3 cranks good has brand new batt, new oem pump,filter and line. if i cycle the key 2 or 3 cycles it helps to get it to sputter to eventually fire. HELP ME

hate to throw this out, but I had a ford ranger with similar problems, it was low compression. had bad valves in 2 cylinders. test your compression.
