when you say "tries to start", this tells me that at least some of the plugs are firing, and u do have fuel getting to at least some of the cylinders...my bet is loose or defective plug and/or wires...do what the man says and check all six plugs for spark...I take it you've seen no codes come up (or ck. engine light on?) if ya plug in an OBDII tool?(if ya aint got one, get one-they're cheap enough and are very handy..and work on many makes of vehicles)..usually, a misfiring will throw a P300-P306 code..If you can be absolutely sure all six plugs are firing, AND firing regularly, then the issue usually lies w/ fuel and/or timing...good luck
