I can help with what they are
P0178 is flex fuel sensor circuit low input
PO174 systems too lean bank 2
po171 systems too lean bank 1
po420 CATALYST SYSTEM EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD BANK 1
I'd guess you cat converter is bad causing all those codes.
It could also be a cut or shorted wire on an o2 sensor or a very bad o2 sensor
Beyond that multiples could exist like badly needed tuneup and or fuel system issues like fuel pump gong bad etc.
