I have a 2002 Chevy S10 Blazer. When I hit the brakes the left tail light won't light up but if I have the right blinker on, the left brake light will come on. Blinkers work fine and fuses are good. Is there a recall for this problem or am I just missing something.

 

sounds like you have a wire problem somewhere. get a good test light and someone to help you and remove the floor panels remove the tape and have your helper push/release the brakes till you find the wire and once you find the wire keep going till you found the problem.... you can not pigtail from the other side cuz it wont work.
