Ac doesn't blow cold. Full of freon. Power at high pressure switch. Compressor doesn't kick on. Wondered if relay might be bad. Haynes manuel shows 3 relays along fire wall. One is for blow motor and one is for ac. I have one lone relay. Where to look?

 

that relay should be in the relay/fuse box under the hood.
