Default 2003 s10 4.3 vortec intermittent misfire

Had the truck for about a month and replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, and wires mainly as preventative maintenance. On occasion it would start up and would have a solid miss and then come out of it but mostly start up with no issue. I could start it in the morning with a miss and by the time I leave work the issue disappeared. it's got a p0101 and p0301 and also throwing out codes for the upstream o2 sensor along with occasional p0300. I checked to see if a plug was fouled out and they seem fine and had a light brown color to them. Pulled the cap off cleaned it up and it was fine for a few days then went back to it. No clue if a maf would cause it or a coil. I've got nothin

You can clean the MAF with MAF cleaner or soak it in rubbing alcohol overnight, no carb cleaner. Allow it to dry out or blow it out with compressed air. Code P0301 is an issue with your first cylinder. Something is causing it to misfire and it's almost likely not your MAF.
