Default 700 miles n odb11 still not set for inspection

So i drivin 700 miles and i still not clearing the oxegen , egr and cat part of odb11 test. I did the thing thats suppose to set them all few times and no luck. I did them the best i could , not sure if ya have to do them all in a order rite after each other, thats almost impossible on public roads. But have done all step few times .My 10 days extention is over n the vehicle is useless with out an inspection. Truck runs great, no codes ect. It crazy i have a perfect vehicle that i cant drive. Anyone have any ideas ????????????

Welcome to the forum...
So I take it you did some work or did something to clear the codes and now they are not in a ready state when you go for the inspection?
700 miles should have set them unless you are having the check engine light come on... Are you disconnecting the battery in any way? if so that will clear them and put them in a non ready state...

Thanks for the welcome.... nothing to do with the power, i keep goin back to shop n keeps saying same three i am missing. I was a dealer n had a body shop for almost 20 years n never had this issue. Truck runs flawless no check engine or anything. Crazyiest thing i ever seen n shop agrees when talking about obd11

the o2 and cat monitors will not run with a faulty 02 sensor. the monitors will be withheld.

What year and model and any dtc set or recent repairs correct dtc that have set?

Its a 1996 jimmy 4wd. No recent work at all. Just new battery. I fohnd a guy with simular problem n it was thermostat. I had truck for 5 years n water temp gauge has always been real low Like 140 max. So ya think maybe could be the o2 senser. The dude that changed the thermostat had same three odb11 things not readys. When he did the thermostat his cat one went to ready. All ya need is four of the six to pass.

Odb11 that are not ready r the cat, oxygen, egr. If o2 sensor was nad wouldnt after 700 miles the truck run crappy n have check engine light on.

you will have to check the specific conditions to run each monitor.

for example the egr monitor will be withheld if the a/c is cycled on or off or if the ect is over 70' C. The list is to big for me to reprint here.

Any modifications or other things not working on the truck?
