Default 87 2.8l Flooding

Got an 87 2.8L S-10. I have been having an issue since the weather got cool. On start up, mostly when below 50 degrees, the engine will flood on startup. I know this because it boggs down and if you floor the go pedal it clears up real fast. The factory emissions manual states to floor it, if a flooding situation occurs. Back in September I did a tune up, cap, rotor, wires and plugs. While T/S this issue I have replaced the fuel filter, coolant temp switch for the ECM, map, iac, and tps. Yesterday I replaced the injectors, yet the problems persists. All of the replaced parts have increased the drivability of the truck. Also have checked for vacuum leaks, no leaks. Any ideas?
