do you have spark at the plugs tho? do you have the proper fuel pressure? how are the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter? yes, any one of these being worn out can prevent it from starting. and you may have gas, but is it enough? with throttle body it should be 9-13 psi if memory serves.

Maybe you shorted out the IAC valve. Hopefully you didn't fry the IAC circuits in the ECM. Try pressing the gas pedal slightly while cranking. If it starts up, find a way to keep the throttle plate slightly open (there's usually a screw for minimum throttle opening), enough to keep the engine from stalling.

Ok I came outside this morning and try starting it up after letting it sit overnight and it started right up for a few seconds but not starting now but in the mornings it usually takes 20-30 mind to start anyway. Is it possible it is flooding itself out?

Thanks EinST did what you said and its running and it starts back with no problems. But one of the injectors is spraying fuel like it should but the other is just dripping and clue maybe dirty?

I guess you'll need to get the IAC valve looked at. As for the injector, I'm not too familiar with the TBI but some fuel system cleaner can help. Or, you may need to get the TB overhauled.
