I got the truck a couple days ago. It will go into 4wd on the transfer case. And the actuator is pulling the cable to the front diff. But the front end isn't locking in. The 4wd display also shows that it's in 2wd when it's in 4wd position. Any info is appreciated.

 

The fork is only sliding a quarter of an inch. I took the axle shaft out and the fork and gears. Checked everything out. Everything seemed to be in working order. Put it all back together and still same problem. I'm looking for any advice at all.
