I have an 88 S10 P/U that wont start. Fuel Relay works(brand new), the ECMB fuse is not blown, and when i turn my truck on(ON not over) the relay clicks, the fuel pump buzzes for a couple seconds then turns off. After trying to start it, the fuel pump buzzes for about 15-20 seconds after truck is turned off. Is that normal? I have looked over many forms and have an idea of what it is but i would like more insite if someone could please. I should also add that it has been like this on and off like this since August but after a couple trys it would turn over. Now that it has gotten colder(minnesota) the truck doesnt want to start. Please Help!!!

You say dosen't start, is that dosen't crank? Or is is it crank slow?

 

It cranks. And since the colder weather yes it has started to slow.

 

So I get home after work and the truck starts right up no problem. I'm very lost right now. Don't know where to start.
