92 s 10 4.3

you can drive it 7 to 10 miles and then runs hot. has new water pump and thermostat, still runs hot what do i need to look for?

Two things, first is it really running hot? Second replace the thermostat, again.

yes it is running hot it boils the water out! checked the head gaskets, can it still be the thermostat?

It could be a clogged radiator. Try back flushing the radiator.
