Exclamation 95 2.2l exhaust flange bolt inaccessible

Hi everyone,
I'm new here and still getting a feel for navigation on this site. Bear with me, please.
I have to pull my manual transmission from my 95 s10 with a 2.2l. In the way is the downpipe, connected to the exhaust manifold. I got one of the spring-backed bolts, but the other one is blocked by the frame, downpipe, and various other parts. After searching the 'net for hours, I still haven't found a way to reach that one bolt. Has anyone had this issue? Is there a special tool? I'm at a hold up point and starting to reach "hurry up" mode... I referred to a Chilton manual, and all it shows is the easy bolt... they neglected showing the difficult one...
Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Steve

Can you post a picture?

Would it back up into the frame if you did remove?

It sounds like a socket isn't going to work? Can you get a regular wrench on it?

Are your motor mounts bad and it's sagging on that side? Can you jack up that side any to move it some? I wouldn't recommend jacking on the oil pan - that won't hold up and you'll be more screwed.

Can you get a cherry picker on the top to lift it any? Maybe you a leveler to rotate it slightly?
