hey everyone... just looking for a few answers... i have a 1995 jimmy with a blown motor... bottom end is gone (rod knocks) now if i get a motor out of any other jimmy (4.3L vortec) i was told that i would have to switch a bunch of **** like the fuel pump and fuse panel and all that good stuff... now what if i just used the block froma new jimmy and swapped all my sensors and head and stuff onto it... im pretty new at this but im trying to find the easiest way to fix this... cuz im having a hard time finding a 95 4.3L with low enough kms to make it worth my time... please get back to me asap as i have a 98 jimmy block lined up but i need to know what im getting myself into!!!

 

jimmy years is 95-97 and 98-01 if you go to car-parts.com and enter your info you will see a list of junk yards that has your motor and what year and how many miles plus how much all for your truck pm me if you need anything
