My transmission is difficult to shift from park to reverse or drive when parked on an incline seems fine on flat ground can someone help with this

 

On an incline before shifting to park set the parking brake, when leaving shift to drive/reverse then release the brake. This is a normal situation and nothing is wrong with the transmission, it's just that the full weight of the truck is on the park cog making it hard to move.
