Default Transmission bump

I bought my 1996 Blazer a month ago with 240000 miles on it. It drives great. But recently when I go from Park in Drive it 'bumps' in drive. Mostly when I drive it shift smooth but at times while pulling up, it 'bumps' in 2nd or 3rd gear, like something hit the back of the Blazer. My Service Engine Soon light also lights up, but goes off by itself a fter a few days. Any suggestions?

Get the codes ran a Autozone. 240000, is a lot of miles on a transmission. Do you know if it the original trans?

Yeah, its a lot of miles, but always good maintained. And no, I don't know if its the original transmission. When I drive in 4W High I have no problems, only in 2W.

I have an update about the transmission problem. I discoverd that a vacuum hose was disconected from the engine. This didnt solve the problem. I went to Autozone and I have a PO122 code. Can this be the problem with shifting? Also at times when I go to park after driving the Rpm's are going way up. When I restart its normal. My transmission fluid looks normal and doesn't smell to much like metal. So hopefully my problem will be solved with a 35 bucks sensor.
