Default 98 s10 lt blazer
when i press the a/c button the light blinks then shuts off and also when i press the button that has the outside air to come in it also does the same thing??????

Did you check that you have a full charge of freon? If there is not enough freon in the system, the pressure sensor will not allow the a/c pump clutch to remain engaged.
