i have a 2001 s-10 blazer. the abs and brake light came on the other day. i checked the brake fluid resevoir and it was okay. the next time i started it up the light when off. what do i need to look for. thanks Bob

 

My 1999 Silverado has been doing that on and off for the past several years. It does it for a while then it won't do it for a long time. I heard it was the ABS sensors, so I cleaned them. Didn't help. I then replaced them, no luck. Now I live with it. The next step would be to replace the ABS control. You can try the sensors, maybe you will be lucky and it works for you.
