2004 blazer. I push the button the actuator starts working but wont pull the cable. I unhook the cable it pulls all the way back. I unhook the cable at the bottom and it pulls all the way back. I pull the case that the cable is mounted to and it pulls out maybe 3/4 of an inch but put together it wont pull the cable. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
