Default alternate rim and tire size

Hi, I'm new. I have a tire issue. One of my trucks is a 85 S 10. Original equip is 195/75 14 or 205/75 14. However at the moment running 215/70 14 with no problems. One of the tires is shot. So I started calling around for a used one because I simply don't have the funds for a new set(need a new set anyway). Called around.......lo and behold.........14's are rarer than hens teeth. None within 150 miles at least. So I looked in the LMC catalog......they don't even show 14's rim for sale........only 15x7 and 15x8. So my question is will a 85 S10 run 15's without rubbing and is it the 15x7 or 15x8. Also if running 15's what size tire. I'm hoping someone here has made the changeover and can help. Sorry for the long post.

If you go to a 15" wheel I would go with the 15x7 and use 195/75R15 That is an option for an '85 4x4 it shouldn't rub and if it does it shouldn't be too bad.
