Default Anybody know what this connector is?

So I was looking for a way to run a wire through my firewall to install a HAM radio and I found this odd connecter that I dont know what it is. It looks like it comes through the firewall right at the center console directly behind the flip down ashtray/ 12v port.

BTW its a 2002 Blazer 2wd 4DR

hmm 43 views and no replies. So no guesses at all? Would a picture from a different angle help?

Isn't it two different connectors in the pic?
The one by the blower vent looks like someone jumped it out.

Its one connector the piece in my hand is attached to the part by the blower vent. I just took it off to take a picture. As to the green jumper wire I have no idea if that was stock or if the prior owner shoved it in there.
