Default Anybody know how to remove an 07 steering wheel ?

Just got my steering wheel from wooddash.com, but it didn't come with instructions on how to remove the factory wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Went to a shop called Auto & Truck Outfitters here in Baltimore. 10 minutes, old wheel off, new wheel on. [sm=bounceybounce.gif]

Just for you guys, Isnuck to Best Buy yesterday (while I was working-shhhhhhhh, don't tell) and bought another digital camera. As soon as I get the battery charged up and my Hoe cleaned up, I snap some shots.

Noticed that you have a second row console. Which one did you get?

Hey 73Shark, I bought the 2nd row console from the www.gmaccessorieszone web site. Click on Chevy, then 07 (08) , then Tahoe. In the interior section, look for Floor Console Kit, it's the 7th selection in the section. They are made to match your interior exactly, and since it's factory, it looks GREAT. Comes with EASY to install instructions, and here's the good part, you can remove it and put it back in easily, just by sitting it in there without using the hardware. That's what I did, and it's so true fit that it stays in place. Looks like it was built into the Hoe. I called the largest Chevy dealer here in the Baltimore area to order it, and got it the next day. Saved the shipping charge. If you get it, you won't regret it.

I got mine before GM came out with theirs. How does your's fasten down if you do fasten it?

BTW I would suggest you do fasten as if you're ever in an accident, you probably don't want that console flying around inside your truck. []
