1995 S-10, since rebuilding the 2.2 engine two years ago, I have not had A/C. Started to trace it down and thought I actually figured it out but did not. What I did was pulled the relays out - the ones against the firewall and put a jumper wire in there and the compressor clutched engaged and I had A/C. The problem with that is the compressor never shuts down. I thought all I needed was a new relay. I swapped one from a neighbor but nothing changed. Does someone have a wiring schematic for this system? I must have a pinched wire or something. Could this be a grounding issue? Thanks so much in advance.
