Default Blazer starting problem

Hard to start unless I use starter fluid or fuel down throttle body runs great once started although sometimes have to turn on and off to eliminate rough engine
No one in my country knows how to fix this problem

What year, engine is your vehicle? Have you run a fuel pressure test? How many miles do you have?

Probably the check valve in the fuel pump is bad and the fuel is bleeding back into the tank while sitting. You can replace the fuel pump or add a check valve in the fuel line. If the fuel pump is very old then your best bet is to replace it.

Is it a tbi 4.3 or sfi. I have solved this issue before on the the sfi models by replacing the fuel pressure regulator inside the upper intake. It sits on the end of the main fuel rail where the big wire connector plugs in. They go bad which causes just enough pressure loss not to let the engine start on its own.
