I have a 94 chevy s10 pu, 2wd with 4.3 engine. My brake booster has gone bad so I need to replace it. I have run into a snag with the arm that connects to my brake pedal. What is that plastic thing on the foot pedal and how do I remove it so I can finish removing the booster?....After re-examing the "plastic thing" I realized that I did not need to take it off in order to remove the arm from the pedal. Now all I need to do is to remove the four bolts..
