This is probably a stupid question cause I've look this up and and the part numbers are different but can you take a brake booster from a 2000 blazer and put it on 96 blazer I can't find anything that says no or yes to this answer just different part numbers

 

yes, that would work their isnt a difference you just may have to adapt the intake hose to a smaller/larger size, however I would reccomend getting the original one.
