first, I wanna thank ev1 for their time and knowledge, 2nd I get lost on here hard to repost same blog, so here is my update, 2002 chevy s10 v6n 4.3l vortec, keep getting a po304 code,[cylinder 4 misfire],what I have done, new plugs n wires, new rotor n cap, reluctor wheel good, no hesitation in performance, idle is good, startes up np, compression on spark plug is good. am I missing something to chk?

 

I had the same code on my 2.2 and replaced plugs and wires. Turned out to be one of the 2 ignition coils had failed. With yours being the 4.3 you may want to look at the distributor itself!!
