Hello. I have to take the clutch fan off for replacement, is it left to take it off or right. it's a 4.3 vin x thank you..........[:-]

Take off the shroud and then the 4 little screws.

Its for a water pump replacement I need that big nut to come off gold....

If you have problems removing the fan, check out this tool set from snap-on. (other manufacturers should carry it also)
It makes removing the fan super easy without fighting with it.

Euro it's a 98. I remember on my ford I had to spin the nut clock wise to loosen it. I thought it might be the same way on the chevy.....
