Default Day time running light module

The head lights on our Blazer are really iffy about working. The running lights work, but sometimes you hit a bump and both head lights go off or come on. The other day they wouldn't come on and we simulated a bump (read that...bounced on the front of the Blazer) and they came on. I was checking the diagram and it showed a Day Time Running light module and was considering that. Any one know where that is? Or have any past history with such problems. The module looks like a relay and I don't remember seeing one of those in the main block under the hood.

Sounds like it could be the connections. you should check the connections to the lights before digging into the relays and control modules. salsa red volkswagen gti portland oregon

I was kind of thinking the same thing. However, if I knew where the module is, then I will have another location to check connections.
