fuel pump wont activate

fuel pump wont activate
Security light comes on when i turn switch on and try to start and goes out.Fuel gauge wont work, and low fuel light remains on.The fuel will not activate the prime up sequence.Do i need to try and by-pass security system?I've replaced the fuel pump about 2 months ago.I'm at an impass .Please help!:@:@
