Default Headlights - No Power on Drivers side HIGH BEAM

Hello all. I'm hoping someone has some insight on this as it has me baffled. All lights operate except for the drivers side (LH) High Beam. Replaced bulb, no go; no power seems to be coming to the wiring using a test light. The only other thing not working on the truck related to lighting is the Dome light that won't shut off but will turn on/off using the remote keyless entry. Otherwise I have to use the Dome Override switch. Not sure if the High Beam is related to this circuitry.

I would check with a voltmeter to see where you are losing current.
