How do you remove distributor rotor?

How do you remove distributor rotor?

I have a 1995 Chevy s-10 pickup with a 4.3 v-6. I tried removing the distributor rotor, by just pulling up on it. It will not come off. Is there some special tool that you need?

I have removed them just by pulling up on them, it may have some corrosion holding it on.
