Default Moisture in distributor

I have a 98 s10 4.3 it gets Moisture in distributor and doesnt start , it dries out and fires up how could I keep moisture out

Welcome from Florida. make sure there are no cracks in the cap, the surface the cap sits on is free of any dirt or damage and the seal around where the electric connection is good and sealed.
