I have an odd problem with my lights, the right blinker blinks rapidly as if theres a bulb out, and the revers lights come on when I hit the breaks, and the weird thing about it is that it only happens at night.

 

Sounds like some type of electrical short to me. The fast blinker aka Hyperflash happens when there is not enough draw telling the system that a light is out. Check the lights. Otherwise if no bulbs are out it definitely sounds like some type of short. HTH
