Default nox emissions data

does anyone know if there is available data on the nox emissions levels of older gm engines please. Essentially we have two s10 blazers one year apart and therefore either side of the cut off date for the london ulez zone and its' impending expansion.

As the engines are identical afaik if one is compliant then the other should also be.

So if I can obtain a certificate of conformity from gm the second blazed can be classed as compliant. But if the engine officially produces more than 0.08 g/km of nox there wouldn't be any point me asking if they have a certificate of conformity to euro 4

contact shops that do emissions testing with a dyno and 5 gas analyzer; the equipment should have a database for all vehicles. I ran my 1993 on this equipment and the printout listed specs for that year along with the results of the test.
