Default obd2 reading

hello I have a 98 gmc jimmy 4.3 vortec the problem im having is my obd2 conneter was reading codes fine now it wont read anything just says link error can some one help me plz I have checked all fuses they are all good

Here is a schematic of the connector... looks like you need to check to see if you are getting 12v to pin 16

Several popular auto parts retailers failed to get a reading on my truck. One guy said check your fuses. Bingo. He's my go to guy for help and parts now.

I do have power to pin 16 still will not read the codes still says link error I don't get it at all im so confused
