Default Random Hesitation, No Comm w/ OBD.

TL;DR Random hesitating on my way home, no comm with OBD, started in morning and revved and SECURITY, Battery, and Low Fuel lights came on, 3 seconds later, they turn off.

Hey all, I have a 2002 Chevy S10, 4.3 auto 2WD, last night I was driving home, cruising around 50mph, and the truck randomly would hesitate but not for long. almost like a split second it would jerk, cluster didn't do anything weird, and lights didn't go dim. I got the thing home, tried to plug in my scanner, and got "Error 1" which after referencing the scanner's manual, means "Couldn't communicate with vehicle." I'll give the scanner the benefit of the doubt and say it's 14 years old, but it was working the other day totally fine. I didn't think much of it, and went to bed. This morning I get up and got in my truck, it started fine. I revved it up slowly to see if it would hesitate, and as I got to about 3k RPM, The battery light, SECURITY light and the Low Fuel light all came on for about 3 seconds and then shut off and never came back on. I'm at a loss right now, I'm going to try and go to advance auto and see if they will scan it for me but if anyone has any suggestions let me know. Again, the truck was still running smoothly when the lights came on, and it didn't hesitate on my way to school today. Also, I've had a faulty O2 sensor for a while.
