want info on changing 4 cylinder to 4.3. want a juiced 6 bander instead of the common 350 exchange. are there exchange kits for this????

4 Cylinder to V6 conversion mounts

V6 & V8 Radiator

Headers

Painless wiring harness (4.3 vortec)

4.3 Vortec ECM (search Ebay for the appropriate ECM to match the year of engine you have) these can range from $20 to $150


Those are the big items, of course your can build your own stuff and wire it your self, that will be much cheaper, but some people dont want to do all that work.
