I am replacing the rusted brake line on my 89 S10.......does anyone know what length of line I need?

I measured and came up with 11 ft.. Would it work if I got two 6 ft sections and connected them with a union?

That would be fine. I re-did all teh brakelines on my 81 f-250 using unions where needed.

unions are fine, must be very tight though...I always wrap a piece of tape around open end of line until ready to connect-keeps any unwanted junk out of line.
