94 Chevy S10 fat-free year I tried starting it is a slow crank no start I clean the starter up the ground wires new battery in it still no start someone said remove the belt see if maybe a pulley was stuck I did nothing still just a very slow crank and won't start.

When was the last time this vehicle was running? Did it fire at all or just crank?
