OK, so i have been all over the internet and found out SQUAT!! I need to replace the auto trans column shift cable for a 1996 s10, 4.3l 2wd (regular cab). all the cables i have found say they only fit 4wd,,,rockauto also told me the 4wd cable WILL NOT WORK,,why can i NOT FIND the proper cable?? if the 2wd and the 4wd cable is the same, why do they not tell you this ?? hasn't anyone on this site replaced this part yet?? can anyone point me in the right direction ??
